SHIPPING FOR USA AND CANADA:

Free ground shipping on all domestic orders.
- We ship all orders Monday through Friday within 48-72 hours of receipt from our Miami warehouse (excluding holidays).
- Orders with overnight shipping will be prioritized. To ensure same-day shipping, please place your order by 11 a.m. PST. Orders placed after 11 a.m. PST will ship the next business day, with the carrier selected at T HENRI's discretion. Express shipping costs are non-refundable in cases of unexpected delays caused by factors such as weather or holidays.
- Orders will be shipped based on item availability and order volume. Pre-ordered items will ship once they arrive; please check the item’s product page for the estimated ship date.
- All T HENRI packages require an adult signature upon delivery. Once your package has been delivered to the correct address, T HENRI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is secure.
- After shipping, most orders typically arrive within 2-3 days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Returns:
- Orders with cumulative returns totaling $4,000 USD or more within a 12-month period will incur a 15% restocking fee on both the current return and any future returns.
- Items must be shipped within 7 calendar days of delivery to be eligible for return. Returns shipped outside this window will not be accepted. To request a free shipping label (for domestic returns only), email us at info@THENRI.com.
- Returned items must be unworn, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.
- Please securely seal your return in the original box and include your order invoice. If using a different box, ensure it is well-padded to prevent damage during transit.
- We process all returns within 7-10 business days. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been issued.
Exchanges:
- Unshipped orders are eligible for anexchange up to 60 days from the original purchase date.
- For shipped orders, the original item must bereturned following our return procedure, and a new order must be placed.

Orders will be shipped pending item availability and order volume. Pre-ordered items will ship once they arrive, please reference the item’s product page for the intended ship date.
Upon arrival to the destination country, orders may be subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country’s customs department. The recipient must bear all or any additional charges for customs clearance.
T HENRI is not responsible and has no control over additional charges or delays due to custom clearance and cannot predict what they may be.*
All T HENRI packages require an adult signature, once your package has been delivered to the correct address, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please be sure to ship your order to a secure location.
Unfortunately, we do not offer any returns or exchanges on international orders (we do not accept returns from outside of USA). Please keep this in mind before placing your order.

Exchanges:
- Unshipped orders can be exchanged within 60 days from the date of the original purchase. However, please note that all international sales are considered final, and we do not accept exchanges for orders shipped outside of the USA.
WARRANTY
We guarantee your eyewear for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Under this guarantee, should any part prove defective in either materials or manufacture, it will be repaired or replaced at no charge (except Lens damage). Return the eyewear together with its proof of purchase to your chosen T HENRI eyewear retailer. This warranty does not replace scratched lenses due to normal wear and tear or cover any damage as the result of mishandling, accident, or unauthorized repair or alteration.
FAQ:
When should I expect my refund?
Returns will be handled within 4-6 business days. Once your return has been processed you will receive a separate email issuing your refund. Your refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Please allow 7-10 days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
Can I exchange my order?
Unshipped orders are eligible for exchange up to 60 days from original purchase date. To exchange a shipped order, the original item must be returned (following the return procedure above) and a new order must be placed. Please contact us at with any questions.
Why wasn’t my return accepted?
We are only able to accept returns in new, unworn condition. Including being free of scratches and other damages. We are unable to accept any returns with alterations and modifications.
